About the Role
The Enterprise Risk Analyst works closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and key stakeholders to ensure Swift’s Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient, and embedded. This role involves supporting the design, development, and implementation of ERM methodology, maintaining framework collateral, and leading engagement on the Risk System (GRC tooling).
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework in designing, developing, implementing, and embedding methodology changes for continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management.
- Maintain the effectiveness of Swift’s ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.
- Support the refresh and delivery of core components of Swift’s ERM Framework, including Risk Appetite, Key Risk Indicators, and organizational tolerances.
- Lead engagement across Swift in governing and managing change to ERM Framework elements of Swift’s Risk System.
- Take ownership of Risk components of GRC Tooling design, ensuring Swift’s ERM Framework requirements are maintained.
- Engage with the Risk Performance team to facilitate risk data quality management and work with the Risk Governance team.
- Lead Risk department training on GRC Tool Capabilities to ensure effective use by the Risk Practice team.
- Perform analysis of Enterprise Risk data to assess the implementation of Swift’s ERM Framework.
- Work closely with Risk Partners to continuously improve framework implementation and data quality.
- Develop and support effective risk reporting that has organizational impact and provides insight for decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or ServiceNow Design Subject Matter Expertise.
- Experience developing and producing impactful risk reporting for senior audiences.
- Good communicator able to engage proactively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Driven by engaging on varied activities and thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented, curious, and willing to ask questions.
- Adapt flexibly to achieve needed outcomes.
- Customer & outcome focused.
- Sound interest in the financial services industry.
