About the Role
As a Guard Van Driver, you will help transport cash safely and securely, switching between driving and courier duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Work alone or with a partner - either as a driver or a courier.
- Keep the ATMs stocked by securely transporting and replenishing cash.
- Follow company procedures and complete required documentation.
- Drive and park responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health & Safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).
- Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
- Conscientious driving, with full adherence to the Highway Code at all times.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
- All successful candidates will need to provide a 10-year traceable work and education history, complete a criminal record and credit background check.
Skills
- Valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable.

- 45 hours per week across 4 days
- weekend work on rota basis
Salary/Compensations
- £35,766.10 per annum + £1,000 joining bonus if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence
