About the Role
As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Hilton London Olympia, you will lead daily culinary production for the property, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage food preparation, presentation, and production while ensuring quality, safety, sanitation, and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Oversee kitchen systems, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and team member operations
- Select, inspect, and utilize high-quality food and beverage products, including meats, seafood, produce, and seasonings
- Create and implement new dishes and seasonal menus to elevate the dining experience
- Supervise and support team members, recruit new talent, monitor development and performance, provide coaching and foster a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
