About the Role

The Delivery & Availability (DAM) squad sits behind every order: it shapes what customers can buy, when it arrives and how it gets there. Responsibilities

  • Determine changes and timing for safe releases for customers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Launch new carriers and more complex product categories with Operations, Commercial, and Logistics.
  • Shape clean data models and interfaces to enable automation and agentic commerce using AI tools for research, debugging, and analysis.
  • Own squad KPIs, measure impact, course-correct, and keep senior stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • Owned a product roadmap end-to-end as a Technical Product Owner or Manager.
  • Worked within a large monolith to set domain boundaries, bounded contexts, or service extractions.
