About the Role

The Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the reliability, data integrity, and evolution of our core operational systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and operational users—handling Tier 2/3 incidents, executing data integration workflows via APIs, driving user adoption, and partnering with Product and Release Managers to continuously improve system capabilities.

  • Execute and maintain scripts for batch data extraction, bulk updates, and reporting using SQL and relevant APIs.
  • Audit and validate incoming/outgoing data payloads across integrations to maintain high data integrity.
  • Partner with the Quality & Release Manager to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and functional validation on upcoming releases.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to draft technical release notes and end-user communications.
  • Analyse telemetry, user activity logs, and incident trends to identify recurring friction points or data quality issues.
  • Design and deliver targeted remote or in-person training sessions for business units exhibiting suboptimal usage patterns.
  • Translate operational pain points and emerging technology capabilities into tangible feature recommendations for the product roadmap.
