About the Role
As a Sales Host, you are a true ambassador for Maison 123, contributing to its influence daily. Through your service orientation, passion for fashion, and attention to detail, you embody the elegance of the Maison and provide each client with a unique, personalized, and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Embody and convey the identity, values, and elegance of Maison 123 to our clientele.
- Welcome, assist, and advise each client with attention and professionalism, offering a unique and personalized shopping experience.
- Showcase collections through product knowledge, understanding materials and cuts, to offer advice tailored to each silhouette.
- Develop lasting relationships with our clientele and actively contribute to their loyalty.
- Participate in the commercial performance of the store and achieve sales targets.
- Enhance collections and the Maison's universe by ensuring impeccable product presentation and adherence to merchandising standards.
- Contribute to the daily smooth operation of the store and foster a positive and engaged team dynamic.
Requirements
- Passionate about fashion with proven sales experience, ideally in premium ready-to-wear.
- Solid understanding of service and customer relations.
- Strong fashion sense, knowledge of trends, materials, and silhouettes for expert and personalized customer advice.
- Strong commercial acumen, mastery of sales techniques, and a taste for challenges.
- Sensitivity to fashion, materials, and cuts for accurate and elegant client advice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create an attentive and memorable customer experience.
- Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented, contributing to collective success.
- Demanding, detail-oriented, and able to naturally embody Maison 123's values and standards.
- Engaged, warm, curious, and bold personality.
