About the Role
The position is within the school-based youth welfare services and involves working approximately 36 hours per week during the school year, allowing for full vacation during school holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site school station
- Conceptual development of services
- Crisis intervention through individual work with students
- Mediation, social learning, group work
- Parental support and mediation between parents and school
- Close collaboration with teaching staff and the RSD of the youth welfare office
- Internal cooperation with all school stakeholders and collaboration with other social actors in the neighborhood
- Public relations
- Co-organization of celebrations and cultural events
- Documentation
Requirements
- Recognized degree as a social pedagogue or equivalent qualification
- Experience with school structures is desired
- Experience working with children and parents
- Experience with children with behavioral problems is desired
- Willingness for networking (internal and external to the school)
- Intercultural, systemic, solution- and resource-oriented approach
