About the Role
As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact. We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Logistics Executive (m/f/d) at one of our Ecosystem Companies. You will keep global trade moving by coordinating the transport of goods, opening new trade lanes and making sure every delivery arrives on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs.
- Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe.
- Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams.
- Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management.
- Improve and grow daily on a personal level, push for operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
- Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence.
- Experience scaling logistics operations across different countries.
- Fluent in German (C1 or above).
- Strong commercial mindset.
- Independent, collaborative and able to take significant responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a fast-paced working style.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders.
Skills
- Data-driven, with proficiency in KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce).
