About the Role
Our owner-managed company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for construction projects and strong organizational skills. If you enjoy acting as a link between the office and the construction site, and are structured and reliable, then you are in the right place with us!
Responsibilities
- Independent planning, support, and monitoring of construction projects (such as extensions and renovations) considering schedules, ensuring budget targets, and quality standards
- Coordination and management of construction site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Obtaining quotes and preparing work calculations
- Awarding and acceptance of construction measures
- Invoice verification
- Reporting and coordination with the Managing Director on all significant economic and technical issues
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in commercial and/or residential real estate
- In-depth knowledge of relevant DIN and VDE regulations, as well as contract law (VOB, BGB, and HOAI)
- Proficient IT skills (especially MS Office)
- Friendly and confident demeanor, with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and a high sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
