About the Role
As a member of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, objects, and events. Responsibilities
- Answering and processing incoming phone calls
- Receiving, registering, and assisting visitors
- Regularly patrolling the premises to ensure safety and order
- Performing opening and closing rounds in the facility
- Setting up and arranging chairs and tables according to a given plan
- Documenting relevant incidents and collaborating closely with the client
- Working in early and late shifts with 12-hour workdays
Requirements
- Instruction according to § 34a GewO or examination of expertise according to § 34a GewO
- Unblemished extended police clearance certificate
- Willingness to work day and night shifts
- Good spoken and written English and German skills
- Very good IT skills
- Well-groomed appearance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to complete the § 34a expertise examination
Skills
- Fire safety and first aid knowledge (internal training available)
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
