About the Role
As a Painter and Varnisher, you will be the master of color and maintenance on the 'Neue Mühle' garage court. You will ensure that gates, facades, and fences are not only well-maintained but also optimally protected from the elements. Your work will visibly enhance the entire property and contribute to its long-term value preservation.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional painting, varnishing, and coating work on garage doors, facades, fences, and other objects on the premises.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, priming, and repairing damage.
- Carry out touch-up, renovation, and refurbishment work to ensure the long-term value of the structures.
- Protect metal surfaces from weathering and wear through appropriate protective and coating measures.
- Support general maintenance and beautification efforts across the entire garage court.
- Ensure clean, professional, and timely execution of all tasks, maintaining a uniform appearance of the facility.
- Plan material requirements, manage proper storage of work equipment, and assist in procuring necessary materials.
- Act as a key point of contact on-site, coordinating with the project manager and independently arranging upcoming tasks.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Painter and Varnisher or several years of practical experience.
- Valid driver's license class B, ideally with your own vehicle.
- Strong manual dexterity and experience with various coating, varnishing, and painting systems.
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous work style with a high quality awareness.
- Technical understanding and a good eye for detail and professional execution.
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work indoors and outdoors.
- High commitment, flexibility, and motivation to actively shape the garage court.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
