About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated craftsman (m/f/d) with manual skill and attention to detail to maintain and develop the value of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Renovation and maintenance work on our properties
- Painting, wallpapering, and varnishing work in apartments and commercial spaces
- Laying, repairing, and maintaining floor coverings (parquet, laminate, vinyl, carpet, tiles)
- Preparation of residential units for rental
- Minor repairs and manual work around our existing properties
- Interface between owner, tenants, and external service providers
Requirements
- Completed training in a trade profession
- Experience in the renovation and refurbishment of apartments and buildings
- Precise, clean, and reliable way of working
- An eye for order and quality
- Flexibility, independence, and team spirit
- Very good German language skills (business fluent)
