About the Role
Version 1 is seeking a Test Analyst to join our Digital, Data and Cloud department. This role involves requirements analysis, defining and executing test strategies, and ensuring requirements traceability to support our global brand clients in delivering technology and transformation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis and validation
- Defining and executing test strategies and scripts
- Ensuring requirements traceability
- Introducing/suggesting new processes and techniques
- Accurate recording and monitoring of issues
- Provide QA support to the development scrum teams to automate tests to guide development
- Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards
- Provide test estimates
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
- Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines
- Strong background in software integration and system testing
- Experience of automated testing
- Experience using HP QC
- Experience of defining test strategy / test approach
- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
- Experience in supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
- Must hold active SC Clearance
