About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Cook to join our Pastry kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service, ensuring exceptional food presentation and quality.

- Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety
Requirements
- Experience working as a cook in a fine dining or hotel setting is advantageous
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Flexible availability to work across a 7 days roster including weekends
