About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead/Manager with English fluency to drive strategic initiatives, ensure seamless project delivery, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities to manage projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external, in English.
- Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to ensure alignment across teams.
- Promote a collaborative environment within the team that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.
- Provide guidance on methodology, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Oversee implementation and execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make decisions proactively to keep projects on track.
- Drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects.
- Ensure the project is business led and brings value to the client.
- Understand the value levers of the project and deliver on them.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry.
- Proven experience as a project manager ideally in the consumer goods industry, ideally around technology transformation.
- Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years.
- Excellent communication, proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.
- Capable of working in a remote team.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
