About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills working alongside a diverse and close-knit team, involved in strategic initiatives and client work within the (re)insurance industry. You will play a key role in shaping the future of client firms by supporting senior stakeholders in delivering value, managing relationships, and analyzing data to develop innovative strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support Client Leaders in delivering business-focused relationship management and engagement services.
- Drive long-term initiatives between (re)insurers and the Aon Group.
- Support specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other Aon colleagues.
- Support sales efforts by conducting research on various markets and players.
- Prepare sales pitches.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of Aon Inpoint’s Data and Analytics environment in APAC.
- Align the Data and Analytics environment to global standards.
- Make meaningful contributions to consulting projects alongside consulting colleagues.
- Help (re)insurers define and achieve their strategic goals.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and data modelling.
- Inform strategic recommendations to clients.
- Actively contribute to the production of reports and other client deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients at every level of the organization.
- Develop internal network to connect with Aon’s market practitioners.
- Connect with Aon’s market practitioners as required by client-focused activity and Aon United initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in (re)insurance or financial services.
- Interested in the insurance industry, its challenges, and evolutions.
- Able to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication and engagement skills.
- Good autonomy and organization.
- Able to act with conviction.
- Be a people-influencer with both managers and operational teams.
- At ease with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling useful insights from them.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience working in management consulting, (re)insurance or financial services will be viewed advantageously.
