About the Role
This role involves acting as a senior in charge on external audit engagements within the Financial Services group in Sydney. You will ensure audit quality by staying updated on regulations and standards, and contribute to innovation in audit services.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior in charge on external audit engagements.
- Stay updated on regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure audit quality.
- Participate in innovation and development of new offerings.
- Deliver digitally enabled audit services.
- Identify risks beyond traditional financial reporting functions.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in external audit with Financial Services audit exposure (insurance preferable).
- Professional services experience gained in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm (preferable).
- Strong communication, leadership, project management, and multitasking skills.
