About the Role
Play a vital role in delivering and governing large-scale transformation programs, translating business objectives into actionable plans and improving project performance through strong stakeholder engagement and AI-enabled approaches. Work with clients across various industries including finance, technology, energy, and health.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of high-performing transformation teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver large-scale change initiatives.
- Apply critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and AI-enabled approaches to improve project performance, delivery efficiency, and stakeholder outcomes.
- Support project governance activities including planning, scheduling, RAID management, dependency tracking, reporting, and delivery assurance.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans and coordinate successful execution.
- Actively adopt AI and emerging technologies, sharing lessons learned with the team.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, workshop facilitation, and the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Program & Project Management, well-versed in both agile and traditional methodologies.
- Solid grasp of PMO functions, including governance, risk management, and reporting, to ensure program success.
- Outstanding communication skills, adept at crafting compelling narratives, aligning team and client expectations, and conducting engaging client workshops.
- A proactive problem solver with a knack for relationship building, navigating organisational complexities, and leading the charge in AI acceleration within professional services.
