Responsibilities
- Develop production schedule and oversee production to meet specified timelines.
- Prepare production and delivery plans.
- Coordinate with respective work disciplines.
- Liaise with DGM Production for effective cost control.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization to meet target dates.
- Provide competent supervision to workers.
- Provide necessary safety and health training to workers before new job assignments.
- Maintain machinery and equipment.
- Monitor manpower and identify training requirements.
- Manage and remove scraps and non-conforming products from the production area.
- Promote better housekeeping through clean surroundings and waste management systems.
- Coordinate with Stores for material issue controls and planning of import purchases.
