Responsibilities

Receive orders from domestic customers (distributors) and input them into the core system.
Input other orders related to shipments, such as return orders and price adjustment orders, into the core system.
Collect delivery destination data for biologically derived products, which are legally required, from distributors and register it in JDE.
Obtain detailed sales data from distributors and register it in JDE.
Register information such as prices and customer addresses necessary for delivery.
Respond to customer complaints and irregular cases, escalating as appropriate.
Inform customers about delivery schedules.
Identify and evaluate customer needs to improve satisfaction.
Perform inbound call handling and accurate operations to achieve CS KPIs.
Understand relevant laws and regulations and perform duties in accordance with operational procedures.
Actively participate in system upgrades and new projects, providing opinions.
Participate in projects such as shipment cost reduction and sales-related projects, execute under the direction of the manager, and support the outsourcing team for smooth operations.

Requirements

Experience with order processing (JDE/SAP related).
Ability to collect and register legally required data.
Ability to identify and evaluate customer needs.
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Understanding of operational procedures.
Willingness to actively participate in system upgrades and new projects.
Willingness to participate in cost reduction and sales-related projects.
