About the Role
Leverage specialized knowledge of order processing to improve operational quality and productivity. Identify and address operational challenges and risks by developing and implementing improvement measures. Standardize and optimize the order process, driving continuous improvement. Ensure smooth operations from order receipt to shipment and invoicing through collaboration with relevant departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized support for order confirmation (data) and order processing.
- Manage and operate order processing policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct data analysis, KPI management, and reporting for order processing.
- Drive process improvement projects and manage/improve order management systems.
- Maintain and update operational manuals, procedures, and knowledge bases.
- Conduct training and provide operational support to team members.
- Handle and resolve irregular and complex cases.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics departments.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of advanced knowledge and practical experience in home appliance order processing within Japan.
- Over 10 years of experience using ERP and order management systems.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Business improvement and project management skills.
- Communication skills for coordination and negotiation with stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to promote education, training, and knowledge sharing.
