About the Role
This is a free training course followed by the potential for a role with one of our clients. Our clients are looking for Service Designers to join their team. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user-centric services and experiences for complex enterprise projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and map end-to-end services that meet user needs and business goals
- Create comprehensive service blueprints, user journeys, and process flows
- Plan and facilitate co-design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct user research to uncover insights and identify areas for service improvement
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure successful implementation
- Communicate design concepts and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Service Designer on complex or large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Experience creating service blueprints, user journey maps, and personas
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements
