About the Role
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of CRAV’s marketing strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone who proactively brings ideas, identifies opportunities, and moves projects forward independently. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking and knows how to translate business goals into campaigns that generate measurable results. This position requires some evening and weekend availability for local events.
Responsibilities
- Own a forward-looking marketing calendar covering product launches, seasonal promotions, retail sales, experiences, private events, and B2B opportunities.
- Propose marketing initiatives and manage execution from concept through completion.
- Improve Shopify website content, product descriptions, collection pages, and local search visibility.
- Research relevant keywords and track organic traffic and conversions.
- Build, manage, and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Test audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve paid advertising performance.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segment customer lists, and develop automated sequences.
- Develop initiatives that encourage repeat purchases, return visits, referrals, and ongoing engagement.
- Grow the email subscriber list through appropriate opt-in practices.
- Maintain promotional content and identify opportunities to improve the online shopping and experience-booking process.
- Write compelling copy for emails, advertisements, website content, and social media.
- Create and coordinate campaign assets while maintaining CRAV’s premium brand identity.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles for Dallas and Frisco, keep business information current, encourage customer reviews, and respond professionally to feedback.
- Recommend marketing budget allocations, monitor spending, and obtain approval before increasing budgets or purchasing software.
- Attend local marketing, networking, and community events to represent CRAV, build relationships, and identify partnership opportunities.
- Assist with planning, promotion, setup, guest engagement, and breakdown for local events, markets, workshops, and brand activations.
- Capture content for future marketing during local events.
- Collect and organize event leads with appropriate consent, coordinate timely follow-up, and help convert interest into purchases, bookings, and B2B conversations.
- Provide concise weekly updates and monthly performance reviews covering spending, sales and leads generated, campaign performance, lessons learned, and recommended next steps.
- Keep marketing accounts, customer lists, creative assets, and reporting organized, documented, and accessible to CRAV.
- Ensure all accounts and assets remain company-owned.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant digital marketing experience, with examples of measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing.

- Strong copywriting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategy and personally execute the work.
- Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- A professional, personable approach to engaging with customers and potential partners.
- Ability to travel between our Dallas and Frisco locations and attend local events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
