About the Role
As a Motion & Graphic Designer, you will join our marketing team to increase the production speed of fresh, channel-ready assets. This role emphasizes fast execution, short decision paths, and the freedom to experiment with new ideas, formats, and AI tools. It is a hands-on craft role focused on creating assets directly.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate ad creatives for paid channels (social-native video, static and native ads), collaborating with performance marketing and using performance data.
- Design visual assets for website, CRM, and print, ensuring consistent visual identity.
- Evolve templates, design systems, and creative libraries to maintain fast production and brand consistency.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and variant development.
Requirements
- Training or degree in graphic, communication, or media design, or a comparable qualification.
- Portfolio with relevant work samples.
- 3+ years of experience in a digital business, e-commerce, agency, or fast-paced startup with high asset production rates.
- Experience across formats and channels including graphics, video editing, motion graphics, social video for paid ads, website, CRM, and print.
- Proficiency in refining creatives based on performance feedback.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools.
- Figma experience is a plus.
- Strong affinity for AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Creatify, Claude) and the drive to integrate them into workflows.
- Hands-on mindset with high ownership, capable of quickly turning ideas into finished assets and handling shifting priorities.
- Preference for trial and error over perfectionism.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
