About the Role
The Senior Delivery Manager will lead IFS product implementations, working directly with customers and partners on industry solutions in the Aerospace & Defense sector. This role involves collaborating with geographically distributed teams globally, providing international exposure through project implementation and commercial execution. The primary responsibility is to ensure the overall business value and successful delivery of IFS solutions tailored to customer needs, requiring strong buy-in from both the customer and IFS teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase projects
- Lead the delivery of the IFS solution, maintaining clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team
- Work closely with the IFS Project Manager to minimize risks from complex requirements
- Coordinate and delegate work within the delivery team
- Collaborate with partners and system integrators to ensure a consistent IFS experience
- Advise on the successful application of IFS Accelerators
- Focus on ensuring delivery of value to the customer
- Be involved in the successful delivery of additional consulting services (Select, Success, Safeguarding)
- Be familiar with available IFS Accelerators and their application to customer projects
- Articulate product direction and its potential value to customers
Requirements
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Experience in global transformation projects such as ERP, EAM, MES or FSM
- In-depth industry knowledge in commercial airline operations
- Fluency in Japanese is a must
- Business level English is preferred
- Experience in global implementations across multiple industries
- Proven track record in delivering Customer Value Realization
- Advanced level of communication skills
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach to working with the customer and colleagues from IFS and partners are essential
