About the Role
The Configuration Analyst role involves reviewing solution pack product options and modifying software to meet user needs, including monitoring and troubleshooting. This role typically collaborates closely with Implementation Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Configure Noggin software in accordance with project deliverables and user requirements, specifically user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor and troubleshoot common and daily tasks and events as well as changes.
- Write internal knowledge base and customer service materials.
- Reproduce, test, resolve and document software bugs, defects, and problems.
- Examine and evaluate current systems to identify needed updates or adjustments.
- Validate changes by testing configuration.
- Train users on new operation systems and provide support.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.
- Accurate time logging and tracking in accordance with specified billable target of 80%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 0-3 years in a software configuration role
- Recent graduates welcome
- Experience with Atlassian Suite
