About the Role
Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline sales processes, maximize team productivity, and resolve operational bottlenecks, enabling sales representatives to focus on customer engagement and opportunity creation to achieve sales targets and improve sales organization productivity.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and manage discounts from each customer.
- Confirm and manage discount items from each trading company.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payment discrepancies.
- Investigate discrepancies identified by the accounting department.
- Confirm return processing.
- Consolidate PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data from each trading company.
- Analyze market trends based on PSI data from each trading company and create sales plans considering competitor movements.
- Manage return operations, including understanding return volumes, analyzing reasons, and proposing methods to refuse returns.
- Follow up on campaigns.
- Manage actual sales against targets for each trading company and store.
- Perform master data registration for new stores and distribution centers.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of back-office sales experience in a consumer electronics retailer in Japan.
Skills
- Data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools, GA, etc.)
- IT literacy (tool understanding and operation)
- Basic knowledge of home appliances and IT products
