About the Role
Leverage expertise in accounts receivable and billing operations to improve quality and efficiency. Appropriately manage operational challenges and risks, and accurately complete closing operations within deadlines for the assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable data analysis, KPI management, and reporting
- Cash flow forecasting (payment outlook) and reporting
- Credit management (setting credit limits, conducting necessary credit investigations, balance confirmations, etc.)
- Coordination and collaboration with sales
- Management of payment meetings, and education/training and operational support for team members
- Establishment of operational flows using SAP, and preparation/updating of manuals and procedures
- Support for handling and resolving irregular and complex cases
Requirements
- Over 10 years of advanced knowledge and practical experience in accounting operations in Japan
- Experience in accounting operations (over 10 years)
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- OTC experience in SAP
- Business improvement and project promotion skills
- Communication skills for coordination and negotiation with stakeholders
- Leadership to promote education, guidance, and knowledge sharing
- English communication skills with global teams (desirable)
