About the Role
BCG's Tech & Digital Advantage Practice (TDA) is seeking new team members to support clients across various industries in gaining competitive advantage through data, technology, and digital. This role operates at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients strategically leverage technology to reshape their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for larger and more complex modules within a BCG project, developing specialized knowledge to help solve client problems.
- Work on a variety of digital topics, ranging from ERP and enterprise systems transformations to data platforms and AI, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
- Partner with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for recommendations.
- Collaborate with fellow BCGers as an integral part of BCG's core consulting team, working side-by-side with practice areas to create value and competitive advantage for clients.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP or enterprise systems transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or comparable platforms).
- Experience working on technology or digital projects at a consulting firm.
- Experience supporting digital initiatives in corporate roles (e.g., business analyst, digital project lead).
- Experience contributing to projects in tech start-ups or scale-ups.
- Experience in consulting-like industries (e.g., digital strategy, digital marketing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Outstanding academic achievements (bachelor's or advanced degree).
