About the Role
BCG's Tech & Digital Advantage Practice (TDA) is seeking new team members to support clients across various industries in gaining competitive advantage through data, technology, and digital. We operate at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients strategically adapt to technological changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams to develop tailored ERP, technology, and AI-enabled transformation strategies for large enterprises.
- Drive global projects focusing on end-to-end, ERP-enabled business transformations, linking technology with operating model, processes, data, and AI.
- Build strong partnerships with BCG and client project teams, providing on-site expertise and guidance on ERP strategy, transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans.
- Mentor and coach consultants to support their continuous professional development.
- Advise senior executives on ERP modernization and enterprise transformation programs, bridging business objectives and technology decisions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams, successfully delivering complex and challenging client projects.
- Experience working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle difficult challenges and create sustainable value.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at the C-suite level and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Fluent oral and written language skills in German (C1) and English.
- Experience applying AI, generative AI, or advanced analytics to improve enterprise processes and ERP-driven business performance is a plus.
