About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of growth accounts and the outcomes they drive from Concierge. You will set the implementation plan with your Forward Deployed Engineer, get each customer live, and uncover expansion opportunities as their deployment scales. You will be the Concierge expert your customers rely on and teach their teams to build and improve it themselves. The rest of the role involves building, testing, and deploying changes yourself, running each account as a business, and growing usage against the contract. You will use Coach and Claude Code to investigate problems, test changes, and ship improvements without relying on engineers for every change. You will solve recurring problems across customers once.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployments for customers, aligning their team and our engineers on priorities and success metrics.
  • Own a portfolio of growth accounts post-launch, including Concierge performance, product usage, retention, and account growth.
  • Investigate areas for Concierge improvement, build and deploy fixes into production, and set the deployment's direction with your FDE.
  • Train each customer's team to build, test, and improve Concierge independently.
  • Identify the next use case in each account and build the case for expansion.
  • Bring significant customer problems to the Product team, backed by evidence, and follow through until they are resolved.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience owning customer outcomes (e.g., account management, customer success, consulting, implementation, product, or operations).
  • Proven ability to earn the trust of senior customer leaders and grow accounts over time.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable building processes while executing.
  • Experience building with AI and ability to discuss successes and failures.
  • Proficiency in analyzing API docs, conversation logs, and usage data to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Experience helping customers or colleagues derive significant value from complex products.
  • Experience in fintech, healthcare, or another regulated industry (bonus).
  • Experience shaping a product roadmap with customer-driven evidence (bonus).
  • Experience deploying an AI product tied to a measurable business outcome (bonus).
