About the Role
Breuckelen Athletic is seeking professional, team-oriented Coaches committed to continuous growth. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong coaching foundation looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative, values-driven organization. Coaches focus on helping members achieve sustainable progress and build lasting relationships, while also handling administrative tasks and supporting new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coach private and semi-private training sessions, creating individualized programs.
- Deliver high-quality coaching aligned with the company's mission and standards.
- Conduct introductory sessions for prospective members.
- Build trust-based relationships with members and support their health and fitness journey.
- Maintain accurate client records, programming notes, and communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with coaches and leadership for coaching consistency and member outcomes.
- Respond professionally to member inquiries and requests.
- Contribute to ongoing education and team development.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of coaching experience in a professional setting.
- Experience designing and delivering individualized programming for diverse clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships independently.
- Nationally recognized training certification required.
- CPR certification required.
