About the Role
As a clinical manager at Agile Physical Therapy, you will lead and mentor a team of physical therapists, shape clinic culture, lead clinical initiatives, and support clinical excellence. Our mission is to create great jobs for great physical therapists, believing that exceptional patient care begins with supporting our team.

Requirements
- Active California physical therapy license
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of orthopedic experience preferred
- Experience in leadership, mentorship, and/or quality improvement initiatives preferred
- Advanced certification or training (OCS, FAAOMPT, SCS, etc.)
- Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Collaborative, humble, resourceful, problem solver and growth-oriented

Salary/Compensations
- $125,000–$155,000 based on experience and advanced certifications
- Quarterly performance bonuses with top clinicians earning $5,000+ per quarter
