About the Role
Join Alba Wheels Up International as an FP&A Analyst to drive strategic initiatives, influence key decisions, and deliver measurable results. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's future.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, partnering with department leaders to build accurate and timely financial plans.
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reporting and variance analysis for leadership review.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close reporting support.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Accounting to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems/ERP and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear communicator, comfortable presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity to learn the logistics and customs brokerage industry.
- A growth mindset, with interest in taking on greater scope and responsibility over time.
