About the Role
As a Junior Bartender at Scarfes Bar, you will support the Bartender team in ensuring smooth service operations, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations and creates lasting impressions.
- Develop a strong knowledge of our beverage menu and cocktail programme, confidently making recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences.
- Prepare and maintain mise en place, ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organised, and ready for service.
- Support the Bartender team in delivering an engaging, refined, and intuitive service throughout each shift.
- Build genuine guest relationships, respond to feedback professionally, and resolve any concerns with confidence and care.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards across all bar areas.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create seamless and memorable experiences for every guest.
Requirements
- Passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and building positive relationships with both colleagues and guests.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in beverages, cocktails, and continually developing your product knowledge.
- Communicate confidently and professionally, adapting your approach to different guests and situations.
- Maintain high personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Eager to learn, develop, and contribute to a culture built on Relationship Hospitality.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
