About the Role
We are seeking a Producer to develop and grow brands based on the unique worldview of influencers and artists, such as Takeshita☆Paradise, Shinako, and Pixel Ribbon. This role involves creating value through D2C brands, merchandise, events, and e-commerce, with the mission of deepening the connection between influencers and their fans.
Responsibilities
- Launch and operate influencer D2C brands.
- Plan, produce, and sell apparel and merchandise.
- Plan and operate pop-up events and campaigns.
- Operate e-commerce sites, improving sales, inventory, and marketing strategies.
- Communicate brand messages and engage with fans via social media.
- Negotiate and coordinate with influencers.
- Manage project progress and make decisions.
- Oversee multiple projects and brands.
- Develop and mentor assistants and team members.
- Build team structures and improve workflows.
- Operate the business with a focus on sales, costs, and profits.
Requirements
- Experience in planning, marketing, and e-commerce operations for products or merchandise.
- Ability to identify issues and implement improvements based on sales, marketing, and e-commerce data.
- Strong interest in social media, influencers, and culture.
