About the Role
As a Product Builder Manager, you will directly manage 4 to 6 Product Builders and run that team as autonomously as possible. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations, giving direct feedback, and addressing performance issues early. You will help each Product Builder sharpen their judgment, planning, and autonomy. You will also challenge architectures, find abstractions that generalize, and cut coupling and unnecessary effort. You will design and ship code yourself, deliver incrementally, spot risks early, and remove blockers. Additionally, you will learn energy markets deeply enough to make sound trade-offs and build solutions that work across customers and countries, while adapting how we work as AI tools evolve.

Requirements
- 6-10 years of software engineering experience.
- Successful first experience managing engineers.
- Outstanding engineering track record with hard problems solved and real ownership of production systems.
- Still build code every week.
- Top academic background, typically from a leading engineering school.
- Career that shows fast progression.
- Ability to bring structure and make pragmatic decisions under uncertainty.
- Ability to work easily with technical and non-technical people.
- Appetite for a complex business domain.
- Willingness to keep changing methods.
