About the Role
To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
- Work at a brisk and steady, organized pace with no unnecessary steps
- Demonstrate 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with any other production step
- Utilize scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control
- Maintain kitchen and equipment to a "like new" condition, practicing clean-as-you-go methods
- Complete a high quantity of work within specific time periods
- Think ahead and stock supplies before rushes
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all OSHA guidelines
- Practice safe food handling
- Receive, rotate, and stock food
- Provide prep support as needed
