About the Role
Panera Bread is seeking talented restaurant leaders to serve quality food, connect with guests, and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance. We operate 54 cafes throughout Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester county and the Hudson Valley.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff for excellent guest service.
- Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient operations and high standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to socialize, celebrate, or work while dining.
- Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual and/or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for travel between cafe locations as needed.
- Flexibility to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location.
