About the Role

Seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Orbital Welder to perform high-quality orbital and precision welding on commercial piping systems, tubing, and related components. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret welding drawings and specifications, and a commitment to producing consistent, code-compliant welds while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding equipment and associated tooling.
Perform precision GTAW (TIG) orbital welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other applicable materials.
Prepare, fit, align, clean, and inspect pipe and tube prior to welding.
Follow welding procedures, weld maps, drawings, specifications, and job requirements.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, weld maps, and specifications.
Familiar with ASME, AWS, or other applicable welding standards.
