About the Role
Fluent Trade Technologies is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join their Tokyo-based team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between their e-Trading platform and the needs of FX and multi-asset participants in East Asia, driving client acquisition and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workshops and deep-dive sessions with prospects and clients.
- Design solutions by translating complex customer requirements into integrated technical solutions using Fluent’s product suite.
- Identify technical gaps and suggest components or integrations for client ecosystem fit.
- Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to articulate Fluent’s competitive advantages based on client pain points.
- Act as the focal Technical Account Manager, managing delivery timelines and project status reports for management.
Requirements
- Deep technical understanding of financial markets e-Trading software, workflows, networks, and infrastructure.
- Solid experience in FX markets and complementary asset classes (Futures, Commodities, Fixed Income).
- Native Japanese speaker with Fluent English.
- Proven ability to engage prospects, define precise technical requirements, and lead implementation projects.
- High Project Management and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
