About the Role
Lead Unicorn's commercial growth across Europe, building relationships, signing agreements, and shaping future strategy with the Founder and group management. You will be responsible for making the best solutions obvious to clients.
Responsibilities

- Open new markets for existing clients and establish Unicorn's presence in their next target cities.
- Collaborate with the Founder to shape Unicorn's future offerings, including new service lines, operational models, and economic frameworks based on operator feedback.
- Develop business cases for new city and country expansions, analyzing operator presence and market volume to support group management decisions.
- Build strategic partnerships within the operator ecosystem, including property management systems, suppliers, and advisors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with development and operations leaders who influence operational purchasing decisions.
- Shape proposals with relevant team members, negotiating within an agreed pricing framework for each operator.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Group COO and market General Managers post-signature, maintaining close contact during the first year to facilitate future business.
- Enhance Unicorn's visibility by strategically selecting participation in conferences, trade press, LinkedIn, and other relevant communication channels.
- Maintain a concise and readable pipeline report for the leadership team.

- In-depth knowledge of the segment, including key growing players, decision-makers, and purchasing behaviors.
- Experience working closely with housekeeping operations to gain credibility with operations directors.
- Passion for hotels, demonstrated by carrying that energy into client interactions.
- Ability to identify and propose future service improvements and new offerings rather than just selling existing solutions.
- Proficiency in using AI and data in your work.
