Maintenance Team members are responsible for repairing and maintaining all company equipment, structures and furnishings at The Great Escape Lodge.

Handle general room calls including TVs, lights, plumbing, heating/cooling.
Complete projects such as painting, drywall patching, general carpentry, and general plumbing.
Perform spot checks on rooms and make necessary repairs.
Assist guests and visitors with their needs daily.
Maintain the grounds around the hotel and waterpark.
Maintain all maintenance vehicles and supplies in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
Pick up trash in and around the facility.
Perform repairs and test equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet metal, tile repair, roof repair, welding, painting, masonry, and appliances.
Install new equipment for the facility.
Properly complete daily Maintenance Requests and/or log sheets and submit them to the supervisor.

High School diploma or equivalent.
General knowledge in plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and carpentry.
General knowledge of tools used in the above tasks.
General knowledge of power tools and lawn tools.
Ability to use paints.
Willingness to help other departments as time permits.
Ability to operate a 2-way communication system.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs repeatedly.
Ability to repeatedly and continuously bend/stoop, reach, lift/carry, push/pull, squat/kneel, and twist.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.
Valid Driver's License and a clear driving record.
