About the Role
Bruegger's Bagels is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join their bakery. This role focuses on creating a positive guest experience and promoting the brand as a true ambassador. Team Members play a crucial part in ensuring food and beverage quality and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Opportunities for career growth are available, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
