About the Role
This hybrid role offers an opportunity to showcase outstanding advisory skills and drive new business sales within Marsh Health and Benefits. You will develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, ensuring profitable revenue and expanding business lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
- Ensure revenue from the portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
- Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.
- Work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans.
Requirements
- Previous Healthcare or Group Risk related experience.
- Financial and Commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Inter-personal, communication, and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
