We are seeking a passionate Piercer to join our community and help shape the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you will empower customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry, and heart.
Responsibilities
- Champion safety and excellence, taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio.
- Proactively manage and maintain piercing supplies to the highest standard.
- Inspire our community with styling advice.
- Execute precise and aesthetic piercings with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Host from the heart, creating a warm, intentional space where every customer feels seen, valued, and cared for.
- Hold space with empathy and compassion, especially during sensitive moments.
- Lead on the shop floor, sharing your piercing expertise and passion with both customers and your team.
- Inspire trust and elevate the energy around you.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a studio.
- A values champion and brand ambassador.
- Radiate positivity and enthusiasm.
- Able to stay grounded during difficult and sensitive interactions, always leading with empathy.
