About the Role
Join the team at F45 London Fields and help deliver the best 60 minutes of our members' day. We're looking for an energetic, people-focused individual who loves building relationships, thrives on achieving targets, and wants to be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing boutique fitness groups.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing members.
- Grow the community by converting leads into memberships.
- Support member retention.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Coach approximately 8–10 classes per week.
- Help deliver the high-energy, community-driven experience that F45 is known for.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for fitness and people.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong organisation and ability to work towards KPIs.
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential.
- Applicants must hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to be considered for this role, as coaching is a required part of the position.

Salary/Compensations
- £15 per hour (20 hours per week) for Studio Sales Support
- 8–10 coaching hours per week, paid at £25–£32.50 per hour, depending on experience and performance
- Uncapped quarterly commission (OTE £4,000+)
