About the Role
Harrison Meadows Country Club is seeking a motivated Guest Service Attendant to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while learning about golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will be part of a global leader in golf and community management.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and cleans golf carts for play according to Harrison Meadows CC standards.
- Performs range maintenance, including presentation, ball inventory, and pickup/cleaning.
- Maintains the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area neatly.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
- Keeps the cart storage and washdown areas neat and orderly.
- May direct the start of play, educating players on course policy, cart policy, and speed of play.
- Cleans golfers' clubs after play.
- Completes the daily project list.
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
- Assists customers with golf club rentals and cleans returned rental clubs, maintaining accurate records.
- Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage, and parking lot.
- Assists with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporates safe work practices into job performance.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Ability to read and speak English may be required for communication with English-speaking customers or co-workers, and for understanding equipment manuals.
- Valid Driver's License.
