Responsibilities
- Support local construction management and administration for upcoming construction projects.
- Learn about work preparation, calculation, construction management, and billing.
- Perform simple construction management tasks and review construction execution.
- Create monthly performance reports and cost variance analyses.
- Manage and enforce change orders.
- Conduct acceptance procedures and manage construction projects during the warranty period, including defect rectification.
- Supervise own trade personnel and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a technical university/university of applied sciences, or a comparable qualification (e.g., construction technician).
- Proficient in MS Office and application software.
- Willingness to work and team player.
