About the Role
Spectral Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to identify and implement impactful applications of their foundation models within customer engineering organizations. This role involves understanding customer workflows, scoping and delivering deployments, training users, and measuring outcomes. You will present findings to various stakeholders, build customer demos, explore new industries, and relay field insights to internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Spend time on-site with mechanical, simulation, and manufacturing engineers to understand their workflows.
- Identify high-impact problems to solve.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to scope and ship deployments.
- Train customer teams on the use of the models.
- Measure the impact of deployments on customer outcomes.
- Present results and next steps to engineers and VPs of engineering.
- Build demos for new customers.
- Scope work in new industries.
- Communicate field learnings back to research and product teams.
Requirements
- Comfort with data and sufficient programming skills (Python or SQL) to work with it.
- Persistence to investigate issues thoroughly.
- Sound judgment in unstructured, open-ended situations.
- Low-ego focus on achieving outcomes.
- Must be currently based in the US.
- Not able to sponsor visas for this role.
